Return & Shipping Policy
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame being published, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
In the case of entering an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to fulfill you request and change the address. If we are unable to, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information that was entered by the customer.
LOST or STOLEN PACKAGES
Nichells Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered for an address entered on an order. Upon inquiry, Nichells Boutique will confirm delivery to address provided, date of delivery, tracking information and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
What is your Return Policy for Online Purchases?
WRONG ITEMS
We work hard to ensure accuracy among all of our orders however discrepancies can happen and our team will work to get your order taken care of! In the event that you received an item not on your packing slip, please email our Customer Service line for further assistance. If the item is still in stock our team will issue a one-time return label to you and ship the correct item to you at no additional charge. Since our inventory turns quickly and items can sell out quickly, in the event the correct item is not able to be delivered, you will be issued a store credit for the full amount of the item to use towards a future purchase!
INCORRECT SIZE
We offer several avenues to identify what size would work for the guest such as our; IG Descriptions, Online Size Chart and Item Descriptions. If you are still in need of sizing and style assistance please email our Customer Service line with assistance in placing your order. Once an order has been placed all purchases are final. No refunds.
How long do I have to return my item?
You can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment.
They must be in original condition
They must be unwashed and unworn
What are Final Sale Items?
All items that are bodysuits, swimwear, undergarments, accessories are considered Final Sale, Clearance items, free gifts and promotional items are not returnable, and cannot be returned for Store Credit.
Do you offer Prepaid Return Labels?
We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.
More Information Regarding Returns At Nichells Boutique
If your return is approved, it will be processed, and a store credit will be emailed to you within 10 working days.
Requests that are submitted after 7 business days from the delivery date will be denied. Returned merchandise must be in the original manufacturer packaging with all tags attached and no signs or smell of wear. Items that show any sign of wear will be denied and returned back to the customer, no exceptions!
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
Please be sure to read the item description and view our size chart, as all items come just as described and pictured. If an order cancellation is necessary, a request must be approved before any order can be cancelled.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Items must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, or wear.
All returns must include an order packing slip or return invoice from Online Return Portal that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
When sending back items from multiple orders, you must fill out an order packing slip for each applicable order.
All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Nichells Boutique E-Gift Card.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Returns are processed within 5-7 business days after your item(s) are delivered to us.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Returns for store credit may incur a 15-20% restocking fee.
Availability: Ships anywhere in the United States
Any item returned without completing return form will be denied and no store credit will be issued.
Pre-Order Policy.
Items purchased on PRE ORDER are subject to delivery between 1-2 weeks of the estimated shipping date that is provided in the items description at time of purchase.
Having a Pre-Order item amongst other items in your order will hold back the delivery of your ENTIRE order.

Possible Delays
Processing Time: Allow 2-4 business days for processing time for your order to ship.
ORDER NOT DELIVERED OR RETURNED TO SENDER
In the event that your order is returned to us as undelivered there will be a 15% restocking fee deducted from your refund. If we issue a refund it will be minus the restocking fee and shipping cost.
RESERVED RIGHTS REGARDING RETURNS
We reserve the right to sole define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
* An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
* An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
* Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions noted above.
